We want you to love your product, but we get that sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail  within 30 days for a refund in your original form of payment.

 

(Note: Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories.) Items that have been personalized or altered in any way are final sale and cannot be returned.

We're sorry, but customized items & made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Return by Mail:

• You can return your new and unused item(s) by mail using a pre-paid shipping label or by shipping via insured, traceable means (such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx) to the following address.

• Once your return is received, it could take up to 7-14 business days for it to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your financial institution to credit your account.
